Refund policy
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at alkhalidint@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned items. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. Return instructions will be provided upon request.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. This may apply to certain fragrance products once opened.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
